1. Services

iPatch & Paint provides wall patching, repair, and painting services according to the specifications provided by the customer at the time of booking. The scope of the services will be detailed in the service agreement or quote provided to the customer prior to the commencement of the work.

2. Payment

Payment for services must be made in accordance with the terms specified in the quote or service agreement. iPatch & Paint accepts payment via credit card, and all transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway. Full payment is required prior to the commencement of any services unless otherwise arranged.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may cancel their service booking within 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee as detailed in the service agreement. Refunds for cancelled services will be processed in accordance with the terms outlined in the service agreement.

4. Liability

iPatch & Paint is committed to providing high-quality services and will endeavour to resolve any issues that arise. However, iPatch & Paint will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to photographs, branding, and written content, provided by iPatch & Paint are the intellectual property of iPatch & Paint and are protected by copyright laws. No material may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, or otherwise used without the express written permission of iPatch & Paint.

7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

iPatch & Paint reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All amendments will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and the State work is conducted within. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
